Abstract本发明提供了一种影响经典Wnt信号途径的药物的筛选方法及其应用。本发明的影响经典Wnt信号途径的药物的筛选方法,以Axin与LRP5/6相互作用作为筛药靶点。本发明的药物的筛选方法,可用于预防或治疗由经典Wnt信号途径异常所引起的疾病或失调的药物、需要特异性激活或抑制经典Wnt信号途径的疾病或失调的药物或干细胞数目扩增药物的筛选。
