黄连木嫩叶抗氧化活性研究

Abstract采用DPPH自由基清除法对传统食用植物黄连木嫩叶提取物的体外自由基清除作用进行研究。结果表明,食用植物黄连木嫩叶提取物具有较好的体外抗氧化活性,尤以乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物活性最高,活性强于BHA,与VC相当,它有望作为新的天然植物抗氧化剂资源。
