AbstractThree new styrylpyrones. named 7-epi-goniodiol 1. leiocarpin B 2 and leiocarpin C 3. were isolated from the stem barks of Goniothalamus leiocarpus. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral and chemical methods. The relative configuration of 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis.
