Abstract<正>香叶醇还原为香茅醇是合成植醇生产维生素E和维生素K的首步反应;通常采用酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)作为全细胞生物催化剂进行香叶醇的生物还原;但究竟是酵母的哪一个酶在起作用一直未见报道。近来发现;有一类老黄酶(old yellow enzyme;简称OYE)能够催化含吸电子基团(如酮、醛、酸、酸酐、酯、内酯、硝基等)的α;β不饱和碳-碳键发生不对称还原反应;生成多至两个手性中心;具有较
