| 摘要 | Two novel compounds, the first 29-oxymethylene azadirachtin analogue, 29-oxymethylene-11-demethoxy-carbonyl-11 alpha-hydroxyazadirachtin (azadirachtin M) (1) and 22,23-dihydro-23 alpha-hydroxy-3-tigloyl-11-deoxyazadirachtinin (azadirachtin N) (2), together with known compound Il-epi-azadirachtin H were isolated from a methanolic extract of the seed kernels of Azadirachta indica. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectral methods. |
