Abstract本发明涉及一种枸杞子营养素,取枸杞子粉碎成粗粉,用3-10倍体积的30-80%乙醇加热回流提取1-3次,每次0.5-1小时,残渣再用3-10倍体积水煮沸提取1-3次,每次0.5-1小时,合并两种不同溶剂的提取液,浓缩,干燥;还涉及上述方法制备的营养素制成适合携带和长期服用的产品制剂形式,及其在保肝明目食品中的应用。以总多糖、类黄酮、维生素C、自由基清除能力等多种化学营养成分和生物活性为指标,确定了枸杞子提取工艺,从而全面保留了枸杞子中水溶性和脂溶性营养精华,并采取科学工艺将其制成携带方便、易于长期服用、口感宜人的产品形式。经科学分析和人体试食,本产品具有明显的护眼功能,同时能保护肝脏、抗电脑辐射和抗衰老(清除自由基)等作用,具有广阔的市场前景。
