Abstract本发明提供一种具有活血化瘀作用的酒炙当归饮片的炮制方法。将不去除根皮的当归,除杂,漂洗,浸润,切制为薄片,晾干或烘干。加入一定量的黄酒,拌匀,闷透,炒黄,放冷即可。该方法炮制得到的酒炙当归饮片与生当归相比较,具有显著的抑制子宫平滑肌收缩、抗血小板聚集和镇痛作用,可用于中药的配方,也可作为中成药和天然药物,以及功能保健食品和特殊用途化妆品等健康产品的原料。该方法炮制过程简单易行,易于质量控制和工业化生产。该方法的应用为传统当归炮制提供了规范化的程序。
