中文摘要: 本论文由四部分分组成:一:臭灵丹(Laggera pterodonta)中倍半萜及糖体化学成分的研究;从臭灵丹地上部分的甲醇抽提物中分得四个新的按烷型倍半酸,三个新的对映-安烷和一个新的对映-桉烷配糖体成分,通过光谱和化学方法,其结构分别鉴定为5,12二稀按烷-13-酸,1β-羟基-5,12-二烯桉烷-13-酸,3β-羟基-5,12-二烯桉烷-13-酸,2α, β-羟基-5,12-二烯桉烷-13-酸;4β, 11-二羟基-对映-桉烷,2α, 4β11-三羟基-对映-桉烷, 1α, 4β, 11-三羟基-对映-桉烷;1α, 11-二羟基-4β-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基)-对映-桉烷,并依次合名为臭灵丹酸,1β-羟基臭灵丹酸,3β-羟基臭灵丹酸,2α,3β-羟基臭灵丹酸;臭灵丹二醇,臭灵丹三醇甲,臭灵丹三醇乙;臭灵丹甙。二:臭灵丹中黄酮醇成分的研究,从臭灵丹中分离得到四个黄酮醇成分,经光谱鉴定为喷杜素,5-羟基-3,4',6,7-四甲氧基黄酮,金腰素乙和洋艾素。三:臭灵丹和四梭峰[L.alata]精油的化学成分研究:用Finnigan-4510型毛细爱气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用方法进行化学成分分析,从臭灵丹精油中共检出38个成分,鉴定了其中21个化合物,占精油总量的83.9%,主要成分为非里香氢化苯醌二甲醚(48.17%)和愈创醇(20.58%),从四梭峰精油中共检出35个成分,鉴定了其中的20个化合物,占精油总量的66.31%,主要成分为优葛类酮(26.86%)和百里香氢化苯醌二甲醚(18.28%)。四:珊瑚姜化学成分的研究:从珊瑚姜甲醇提取物中分离得到两个化学成分,经光谱鉴定分别为山奈素-4',7-二甲醚,β-谷甾醇。
英文摘要: This thesis is composed of four parts. 1) Studies on sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenes glycoside of Laggerapterodonta. Four new eudesmane sesquiterpene acids; three new enantioeudesmane sesquiterpenes and a new enantio-eudesmane sesquiterpeneglycoside were isolated. On the basis of spectra and chemical data, their structures were elucidated as 5,12-diene eudesmane 13-oic acid, 1β-hydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane 13-oic acid, 1β-hydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane-13-oic acid, 3β-hydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane-13-oic acid, 2α, 3β-dihydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane-13-oic acid; 4β, 11-dihydroxy-enantio-eudesmane, 2α, 4β, 11-trihydroxy-enan tio-eudesmane, 1α, 4β, 11-trihydroxy-enantio-eudesmane and 1α, 11-dihydroxy-4β-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-enantio-eudesmane. And they were named Pterodontic acid, 1β-hydroxy Pterodontic acid, 3β-hydroxyPterodontic acid, 2α, 3β-dihydroxy Pterodontic acid; Pterodondiol, Pterodontriol A, Pterodontriol B and Pterodontoside. 2) Studies on flavonols of Laggera pterodonta. Penduletiin, 5-hydroxy-3,4',6,7-tetramethoxyflavone, Chrysosptert in Band Artemitin were isolated and elucidated on the basis of spectraland physiochemical data. 3) Studies on essential of Laggera pterodonta and L.alata. The essential constituents of Laggera pterodonta and L.alata werestudied by means of GC/MS/DS on Finnigan 4510.21 constituents were identified qualitatively and quantitatively from the essentialoil of Laggera pterodonta. The main components are thymo-hydrquinone dimethy ether (48.17%) and guaiol (20.58%). From the essential oil of L.alata, 20 constituents were identified qualitatively and quantitatively, the main components are eucarone (26.86%) and thymo-hydrquinone dimethy ehter (18.28%). 4) The chemical constituents of Zingiber corallinum. Kampferol-4'7-dimethylether and β-Sitosterol were iso, lated and determined by chemical and spectral means.
