题名: 七种地衣的化学成份研究

中文摘要: 地衣是一种藻菌共生体,全世界约有500个属,25,000余种,地及可用于提取香料,抗菌素和染料,其次生代谢产物主要是一些缩酚酸(depside)和缩酚酮(depsidone)类化合物。本论文报道了七种地义的化学成分研究,同时综述了最近七年来(1982-1988)地衣产物化学的研究进展。七种地衣分属四个科,七个属。1、针芽肺衣(肺衣科,肺衣属)Lobaria isidiophora Yoshim. (Lobariaceae) 2、宽瓣岛衣,漂白变型(梅衣科,肾岛衣属)Nephromopsis stracheyi Mull. Arg. f. ectocarpisma Hue (Parmeliaceae) 3、多型树发(树发科,树发属)Alectoria variabilis Brystrek. (Alectoriaceae)4、柄果牛皮叶(肺衣科,牛皮叶属)Sticta henryana Mull. Arg. (Lobariaceae) 5、粉缘斑叶(梅衣科,斑叶属)Cetrelia cetraioides (Del.) W. Culb. & C. Culb. (Parmeliaceae) 6、顶果珊瑚枝(珊瑚枝科,珊瑚枝属)Stereocaulon pomiferum Duvign. (Stereocaulaaceae) 7、条衣(梅衣科,条衣属)Cetrariastrum cirrhatum (E. Fr.) W. Culb. & C. Culb. (Parmeliaceae) 经各种层析方法并结合重结晶等技术,从七种地衣中共得到30个化合物。第一部分主要报道了它们的分离,纯化,结构解析及化学工作。其中从针芽肺衣中得到一新的结构独特的缩酚酮,定名为针肺晶(Isidiophorin)。经各项光谱数据及化学转化推定其结构为1,4-dihydroxy-5,8-dimethyl-10-methoxy-3,7-dioxo-7H-isobenzofuro [4,5-b] [1,4] benzodioxepin-11-butenone (4). 因4可由斑酸(stictic acid, 2)及丙酮在催化下制得,故推测4为stictic acid (2)和抽提溶剂丙酮的缩合物。化合物13(5-甲基-β-苔黑酚酸甲酯),18(苔黑酚酸乙酯)及19(2-羟基-4-甲氧基-6-戊基苯甲酸)系首次从地衣中分得。在研究中作者发现,粉缘斑叶及顶果珊瑚枝是两种很有开发价值的苔香型香原料。同时19被首次确定为一种新具浓郁苔香的苔色酸衍生物。
英文摘要: The thesis is composed of two parts. Part One reports the identification of thirty compounds isolatedfrom seven species of lichens. Part Two is a review of recent studies on the lichen substances between 1982-1988. 1. Lobaria isidiophora Yoshim. (Lobariaceae) 2. Nephromopsis stracheyi Mull. Arg. f. ectocarpisma Hue (Parmeliaceae) 3. Alectoria variabilis Brystrek. (Alectoriaceae) 4. Sicta henryana Mull. Arg. (Lobariaceae) 5. Cetrelia cetrarioides (Del.) W. Culb. & C. Culb. (Parmeliaceae) 6. Stereocaulon pomiferum Duvign. (Stereocaulaceae) 7. Cetrariastrum cirrhatum (E. Fr.) W. Culb. & C. Culb. (Parmeliaceae) Structures of all thirty compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical evidences (Fig. 1). Among them NO. 4 as a new depsidone, and subsequent chemical conversion and biosynthetic consideration suggested 4 being an artefact. Also, the natural occurrence of NO. 13, 18 and 19 was reported for first time.
