中文摘要: 滇南草乌(Aconitum austroyunanense W.T. Wang)是云南著名民间药。从新鲜根中分到十二个二萜生物碱,通过化学方法和光谱研究证明其结构为14-acetyl-Sachae-onitine(1),黄草乌碱乙(Vilmorrianine E,即Karakoline)(2),isotalatizidine(3),黄草乌碱丁(Vilmorrianine D,即Sachaconitine)(4),黄草乌碱丙(Vilmorrianine C)(5),talatisamine(6),黄草乌碱甲(Vilmorrianine A)(7),8-去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine)(8),8-去乙酰黄草乌碱甲(8-deacetyl Vilmorrianine A)(9),talatizidine(10),Condelphine(11)和滇乌碱(yunaconitine)(12),碱1和碱9为新化合物,分别命名为南乌碱甲(austroconitine A)(1)和南乌碱乙(austroconitine B)(9)。从川八角莲根中分到三个木脂素和一个黄酮苷,分别鉴定为去氧鬼臼毒素(deoxypodophyllotoxin)(1),β-足叶草脂素(β-peltatin)(2)鬼臼毒素(podophyllotoxin)(3)和山奈黄素3-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaempferol 3-β-D-glucopyranoside)(4)。在此植物中还分得β-谷甾醇,葡萄和蔗糖。
英文摘要: Twelve diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the fresh roots of A. austroyunnanense W.T.Wang. Alkaloids(1) and (9), two new compounds, were determined to be 14-acetyl sachaconitine and 8-deacetyl vilmorrianine A on their spetroscpic data and chemical methods and named as autroconitine A(1) and B(9), respectively. Other ten known alkaloids were identified as karakoline (2), isotalatizidine (2), sachaconitine (4), Vilmorrianine C(5), talatisamine (6), Vilmorrianine A(7), 8-deacetyl yunaconitine (8), talatizidine (10), condelphine (11) and yunaconitine (12). Austroconitine B might be an artifact of separation. A. austroyunnanense and A. Vilmoriaunm Kom. are two famous folk medicines in Yunnan. Both are used to cure rheumatism, apoplexy palsy, fracture, etc. Their chemical components are somewhat similar, which presents some evidence to their nondifferentiation in practical use. The diterpenoid alkaloid type in A. austroyunnanense is mainly aminol, not ester base type. The treated A. austroyunnanense contains less amount of ester bases, the main components for its toxicity, which demonstrates why it should be treated beforehand in practical use. The crude EtOH extract of Dysosma Veitchii (Hemsl.et Wils.) Fu(Podophyllum V.) showed strong antitumor actiity. Chemical investigation of it resulted in the isolation of deoxypodophyllotoxin (1), β-peltatin (2), podophyllotoxin (3) and kaempferol 3-β-D-glucopyranoside (4).β-sitosterol, glucose and sucrose were also found in this plant.
