中文摘要: 本文研究了二种产于云南省南部的高等植物,滑桃树(TrewianudifloraLindl)和红紫珠(callicarParubelloLindl.)中的化学成分。利用多种层析分离材料,借助现代波谱分析技术,共分离鉴定了25个化合物。论文共由三章组成。第一章与第二章分别阐述了两种植物中化学成分的分离鉴定及相关数据;第三章为综述,概括了紫珠属植物的化学成分研究结果,以及国内外有关紫珠属植物的药理活性与生物活性研究进展。滑桃树(TrewianudifioraL)是亚热带地区特有的大戟科植物,因其种子中发现较高含量的美登木素类化合物而曾引起关注。从生长于西双版纳的滑桃树茎皮中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:β一谷甾醇(l)、胡萝卜苷(2)、蒲公英赛酮(3)、苔色酸甲酯(4)、苔色酸乙酯(5)、麦角甾-5α,8α-环氧-22E,24R一6,22一二烯一3β一醇(6)和(2S,3s,4R,12)一2一N一(2吸一轻基二十二碳酞胺基)1,3,4一三经基二十碳烷基一12一烯口)。红紫珠(callicarParubellaLindi.)是中药紫珠的替代品之一,除止血活性外,在其产地民间有对不同病症的治疗应用,但其化学成分至今尚未有过报道,从采自云南省思茅县的红紫珠中分离并鉴定了20个化合物,除谷幽醇与胡萝卜普外,其他成分分别为paulownin(1),(+)一pinoresinol一β一D一giucoside(2),(士)lyoniresinol3a一0一β一slucopyranoside(3and4),tortosideF(5),martynoside(6),acteoside(7),poliumoside(8),forsythosideB(9),熊果酸(10),α一香树脂醇(11),β一香树脂醇(12),羽扇豆醇(13),2α.3α-二轻基一12,烯一28一乌索酸(14),2α,3α,l9α一三轻基一12一烯一28一马索酸(15),半乳糖(16),果糖(17)和kelampayosideA(18)。
英文摘要: Directed by Prof. Xiao-jiang Hao and Prof. Yue-mao Shen The chemical constituents of the stem barks of Trewia nudiflora Lindl. and the aerial part of Callicarpa rubella Lindl.have been investigated, and 25 compounds, belonging to triterpenoids, phenylpropanoids, steroids, aromatic acids, monosaccharides, respectively, were isolated by means of various chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data (ID- and 2D-NMR, MS, IR, UV). This thesis is composed of three chapters. Chapter 1 and 2 described the experimental work on the chemical constituents of those two plants, and chapter 3 reviewed the progress of research on the chemical constituents and activities of the genus Callicarpa. Chapter 1. Constituents of the stem barks of Trewia nudiflora Seven compounds have been isolated from the stem bark of Trewia nudiflora, including (3-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), taraxerone (3), methyl orsellinate (4), ethyl orsellinate (5), 3(3-hydroxy-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-diene (6) and (2S,3S,4R,12E)-N-(2'R-hydroxydocosanoate)-l,3,4-trihydroxy-2-amino-eicosanoate-12-ene (7) (Fig. 1). Chapter 2. Constituents of Callicarpa rubella Lindl. Nineteen compounds have been isolated from the whole plant of Callicarpa rubella Lindl., including nine phenylpropanoids [paulownin (1) , pinoresinol-P-D-glucoside (2), (±)-lyoniresinol-3a-0-(3-D glucopyranoside (3 and 4), tortoside F (5), martynoside (6), acteoside (7), poliumoside (8), forsythoside B (9)] , six triterpenes [ursolic acid (10), a-amyrin (11), P-amyrin (12), lupeol (13), 2a,3a-dihydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid (14), 2a,3ct,19a- trihydroxy -12-ursen-28-oic acid(15)], two monosaccharides [galactose (16) and fructose (17)], kelampayoside A(18) (Fig. 2 and 3), (3-sitosterol and daucosterol. Chapter 3 Review In this chapter, the research development on the chemical constituents of the genus Callicarpa, including structures, origins, bioactivities was summarized.
