摘要 | Dactylicapnos Wall is a national medicine and commonly used in the treatment of traumatic injury of Bai and Yi nationalities in Yunnan province. The Gelsemium has the functions of reducing swelling and relieving pain. Both folk medicines have a long history and particularly are rich of alkaloids. However, the active components are not very clear. In order to exploring prospective active compounds and utilization of the both resources, systematically phytochemical research has been undertaken. The thesis consists two chapters. The first chapter is an investigation of isoquinoline alkaloids from Dactylicapnos torulosa. Thirty isoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from D. torulosa including 9 undescribed ones. These alkaloids contain two benzyltetrahy-droisoquinolines, four aporphines, nine protoberberines, four benzophenanthridines, and five protopines. The newly isoquinoline alkaloids are evaluated for proliferation of HEI-OC1 cell. Fortuanately, 2, belonging to protoberberine-type and benzophenanthridine-type, respectively, show significantly enhanced HEI-OC1 cell proliferation. The second chapter is a study on monoterpenoid indole alkaloids (MIAs) from Gelsemium elegans. G. elegans is famous for its effects and toxicity. particularly it is used as feed in southwest China and that has the effect of enhancing immunity. Thirty one MIAs including 8 unreported ones are isolated compounds. They contain 7 humantenine-type, 15 sarpagine-type, 1 gelsemine-type and 1 koumine-type. All MIAs have been screened on macrophage M2 polarization model induced by Il-4, and one showes potential inhibition of tumor immunity. The paper focuses on the folk medicinal plants, and 13 new alkaloids are isolated from D. torulosa and G. elegans. Two alkaloids indicated protection of the hearing and inhibition of tumor immunity. These results not only display diversity of natural product structure but also lay a foundation for future medicinal chemistry. |
