摘要	Three new diterpenols, zingiberols A-C (1-3), together with four known compounds were isolated from the roots of Zingiber mioga. The structures of the new diterpenols were elucidated by a combination of HRESIMS and NMR spectroscopic data. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 possessed an unprecedented [3.1.0]-bicyclohexane moiety. Compound 3 exhibited activities against SMMC-7721 and SW480 cell lines with IC50 values of 25.32 and 16.71 mu M, respectively.
