Abstract本发明公开了构树中11个黄酮类化合物:daphnegiravan F(1),5,7,3',4'‑tetrahydroxy‑3‑methoxy‑8,5'‑diprenylflavone(2),broussoflavonol B(3),broussonin A(4),isoliquiritigenin(5),uralenol(6),broussoflavan A(7),uralene(8),uralenol‑3‑methylether(9),abyssinone VII(10)和3,5,7,3',5'‑pentahydroxyflavanone(11)作为活性成分单独或联合使用,在制备预防和治疗口腔菌引发的相关疾病的产品中的应用。以上11个黄酮类化合物对8种口腔细菌,粘性放线菌(Actinomyces viscosus)、变形链球菌(Streptococcus mutans)、内氏放线菌(Actinomyces naeslundii)、牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis)、核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum)、嗜血放线伴生杆菌(Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans)、血链球菌(Streptococcus sanguinis)和远缘链球菌(Streptococcus sorbrinus)具有较好的抑菌作用。
