中文摘要: 本论文主要由二章组成。第一章详细论述了对生姜植物的化学成分研究。生姜(zingiber officinale)是姜科(zingiberaceae)姜属多年生草本植物;在传统中药中,姜被认为是一种辛性和温性的草药,主治心腹冷痛,吐泻,肢冷 脉微等疾病,以日本为主的许多学者对各国姜的化学成分及其药理活性进行过深入的研究和报道。姜在我国资源十分丰富,全国各地都有栽培,而在民间仅广泛用作调味品,因此极具开发利用价值,我们研究了云南省罗平县该植物的化学成分及其初步药理活性。利用植物化学的各种材料及方法(包括常压,低压硅胶柱层析,制备薄层层析,D101大孔树脂,SePhadexLH-20及RP-18等),从生姜根茎的乙醇提取物中共分离并鉴定了24个单体化合物,(见Compounds from zingiber officinale),其中13个为二苯庚烷类(9,10,12-22),6个为姜辣素类(3-8),2个为幽醇(1,2),1个是姜磺酸(23),1个是单菇的衍生物(11),1个为单菇的葡萄糖昔(24),其中化合物16,17,19,21,22这5个为新化合物,n为新的天然产物,同时发现化合物19、21和22有较好的体外清除超氧阴离子自由基活性。第二章对生姜的化学成分和药理作用以及一些化学成分的药理活性进行了全面的综述。
英文摘要: The thesis is composed of two chapters. The first chapter focuses on study of chemical constituents from roots and rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. Zingiber officinal is a plant belonging to Zingiber genus of Zingiberaceae. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is considered as a pungent, dry, warming, yang herb to be used for ailments triggered by cold, damp weather. Many researchers especially from Japan have deep study and report to its chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. To make a better use of Zingiber officinale, we have a research to the material bought in luoping county, Yunnan province on chemical constituents and pharmacological activity. Systematic phytochemical investigations on extracts of roots and rhizomes of Zingiber officinale led to the isolation and elucidation of 24 compounds (see Compounds from Zingiber officinale), and we found five new compounds (16, 17, 19, 21, 22) and a new natural product (11). The elucidated structures mainly covered gingerols, gingerones, and diarylheptanoids compounds etc. The second chapter reviewed studies of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activies of Zingiber officinae.
