题名: 黄鞘蕊花、巴豆藤、紫萼香茶菜三种药用植物化学成分

中文摘要: 本沦文包括以下四个章节:第一章黄鞘蕊花化学成分黄革肖蕊花(Coleus xanthanthus C.Y Wu et Y C.Huang)系唇形科(Labiatae) 鞘蕊花属(Coleus)植物,我国特有种,仅分布于云南省西双版纳州孔明山石灰岩顶上(海拔1450米以上)。文献报道该植物含有氧化度高的松香烷二萜化合物,这类化合物有多种生理活性。为此,我们再次对采自西双版纳孔明山石灰岩顶的黄鞘蕊花进行了其化学成分的研究。从其70%的丙酮提取物中共分离鉴定了33个化合物,包括萜类、甾体和黄酮等类型的化合物(见Compounds from Coleusxanthanthus),其中1-11,17为新化合物。第二章巴豆藤化学成分巴豆藤(Craspedolobium schochii Harms)是豆科(Fabaceae)巴豆藤属植物,又名铁藤,它属单属单种植物,且为我国特有,分布于四川、云南等地。其根是传统中药材。云南民间将其当作鸡血藤的代用品。其化学和生理活性成分的研究未见报道,我们研究了采自云南省绿舂县牛孔乡的该植物的化学成分,共分离鉴定了1O个化合物,其中9个为酚性化合物(见Compounds from Craspe—dolobium schochii), 1为新化合物。第三章紫萼香茶菜化学成分紫萼香茶菜(Isodon forrestii(Diels)Kudo),唇形科(Labiatae)香茶菜属(Isodon)植物,文献报道该植物富含对映-贝壳杉烷类二萜化合物,该类二萜化合物因具有多种生理活性而倍受关注,尤其是一些高氧化度的化合物,活性更是显著。我们对采自云南丽江地区的该种植物进行了其化学成分的提取、分离和鉴定。从70%的丙酮提取物中,共分离了7个化合物,利用波谱技术及与标准品对照等方法鉴定了它们的结构(见Compounds from Isodon forrestii),1为新化合物。第四章鞘蕊花属植物中的松香烷二萜化合物本章总结了从1963年到1998年从鞘蕊花属植物中分离、鉴定的松香烷二萜化合物,列出了其间报道的84个新的松香烷二萜化合物结构式及其来源,并简单总结了这些化合物生物活性方面的研究概况。
英文摘要: This thesis mainly reported the chemical constituents from three medicinal plants, Coleus xanthanthus, Craspedolobium schochii and Isodon forrestii. Coleus xathanthus is an endemic species in China. It is only distributed in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province. As a result of phytochemieal study on this plant, 33 compounds including 12 new ones were isolated and elucidated. The structures of new compounds were identified as 11-acetoxy-coleon U (1); 11,16-diacetoxy-coleon U (2); 17(15→ 16)-abeo-2α, 11- diacetoxy-6,12,14,16-tetrahydroxy-abieta-5, 8, 11, 13-tetren-7-one (3); 17(15→16)-abeo-2α,l1 -diacetoxy- 16-isopropanot-6,12,14-trihydroxy-abieta-5, 8, 11, 13-tetren-7-one (4); 12,16-diacetoxy-coleon-U-quinone (5); (13S, 15S) 2α,12α-diacetoxy-6-hydroxy- 13,16-cycloabieta-5,8-dien-7,11,14-trione (6); 20 ( 10→9)-abeo-2α, 12α-diacetoxy-7-hydroxy- 13,16-cycloabieta-5 (10),7-dien-6,11,14-trione (7); 20(10→9)-abeo- 12α-acetoxy-7-hydroxy- 13,16-eycloabie. ta-1,5(10),7-triene-6,11,14-trione (8); 16'-acetoxy-xanthanthusin B (9); 7-epi-16'-acetoxy-xanthanthusin B (10); 2-epi-16'-acetoxy- xanthanthusin B (11); 4,5,11-trimethyl-8,9-seco- 1 (10), 7(11)-eremophila-dien-8, 12-olid-9-oic acid (17), respectively. Cratspedolobium schochii is not only a unique species of its genus, but also an endemic plant in China. It has been used as a Chinese traditional medicine for a long time. It is especialy as a substitute of Milletlia dielsiana Harms (named Jixueteng in Chinese) for treatment of gynaecological disease in Yunnan province. A new component (1) together with nine known compounds (2-10) were isolated from 70% acetone extract of C. schochii. 1 was elucidated as. 3-(3, 4-dimethoxy-2-hydroxyphenyl)-7-hydroxycoumarin. From 70% acetone extract of Isodon forrestii, a new (1) and six known compounds (2-7) were isolated. The new compound was identified as 9(10→,20)-abeo-7β,10β,11, 15-tetrahydroxy-8,11,13-abietatrien- 12-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. It was isolated from the Isodon genus plants for the first time. Finally, the progress of the abietane diterpenoids isolated from Coleus genus during the past 35 years has been reviewed in chief.
