中文摘要: 本论文包括以下四个部分:第一章:黄花远志化学成分 黄花远志(Polygala arillata Buch-Ham)为远志科远志属植物,分布于西南、华南等地,其干燥根有祛风除湿,补虚消肿,调经活血等功效。文献报道该植物含有□山□同类化合物,这类化合物有较显著的生理活性。为了加深对该属植物的认识,探索新的生理活性成分,本章对云南产的黄花远志茎皮的化学成分进行研究,从其乙醇提取物中分离得到二十个化合物,这些化合物包括八个寡糖酯、三个□山□同甙、五个三萜皂甙等类型化合物。这些化合物的结构通过现代波谱技术加以确定。第二章:苣叶丹参化学成分 国内外自三十年代初就已开始对丹参的指溶性成分进行了研究,主要从中分离得到二萜醌类化合物,还对这成分的药理活性进行了较深入系统的研究。由于中医传统用药方法是用水煎剂,临床应用最广泛的是水溶性针剂和片剂,因此水溶性成分及其生理活性更引起人们的极大注意。但由于水溶性成分分离、纯化比较困难,直到八十年代初才开始对其进行较系统的研究。本章主要对采自云南省文山州的丹参地方代用植物苣叶丹参(Salvia sonchifolia C. Y. Wu)的水溶性成分进行研究,从中分离得到十四个化合物,其中九个为多酚性化合物。第三章:大紫丹参化学成分大紫丹参(Salvia przewalskii Maxim. var. mandarinorum Stib.),又名褐毛甘西鼠尾、褐毛丹参,产于我国湖北、四川、甘肃、青海、宁夏及云南北部,在一些地区作正品丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)的代用品,用以治疗急性扁桃体炎、漫性肝炎、肝硬化和其它疾病,其资源相当丰富。前人曾对其脂溶性的化学成分进行过研究,而其水溶性化学成分未见文献报道。本章对其水溶性化学成分进行研究,从中分离得到十一个多酚性分合物。第四章:丹参其同属植物的水溶性化学成分和生理活性 对丹参及其同属植物的溶性化学成分和生理活性的研究进展进行了概述。
英文摘要: This thesis is composed of four chapters: Chapter 1. Chemical studies on Polygala arillata Polygala arillata Buch-Ham is widely distributed in the south of China and is used as a traditional medicine for treatment of different kinds of diseases. The previous investigation on this plant has revealed that it is rich in biologically active xanthones. We continued the investigation of the constituents of this plant and isolated twenty compounds including eight oligosaccharide esters, three xanthones glycosides and five triterpenoid saponins from the dried stem bark collected in Kunming, Yunnan province. The structures of these compounds were determined by means of spectral methods. Chapter 2. Chemical studies on Salvia sonchifolia The chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza have been studied since 1930s, but the studies have mainly been focused on the lipophilic diterpenoid quinones. Pharmacological studies of these diterpenoid quinones have also been studied for a long time. According to traditional chinese medicine prescription it is used as a decoction, and the injections and pills of Dan-shen are widely used in clinic, therefore the water-soluble active components are drawn great attention by phytochemistry and pharmacology scholars. As the isolation of the water-soluble components was more difficult, the water-soluble components began to be studied systematically until 1980s. As a continuation of research on the genus Salvia, from the root of Salvia sonchifolia, collected in Wenshan, Yunnan province, fourteen compounds were isolated including nine polyphenolic compounds. Chapter 3 Chemical studies on Salvia przewalskii Maxim. var. mamdarinorum Salvia przewalskii Maxim. var. mamdarinorum is widely distributed in the western areas of China, such as Hubei, Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Yunnan provinces, which has been used as a substitute in Chinese folk medicine for 'Dan-shen' for treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation, chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and other diseases. The previous phytochemical investigation on this plant has been focused on the lipophilic components and the water-soluble components have not been reported. From the aqueous extracts of S. przewalskii Maxim. var. mandarinorum, eleven polyphenolic compounds were isolated. Chapter 4. An outline of water-soluble active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza and related plants A review of the phytochemistry and pharmacology on the chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza and related plants was outlined.
