选择性膜电极的研究及其在药物分析中的应用

摘要分别以亚甲基蓝-磷钨酸、亚甲基蓝-硅钨酸及亚甲基蓝-四苯硼酸离子对络合物作为电活性物研制亚甲基蓝PVC膜药物电极,并对电极的性能参数进行研究。亚甲基蓝-磷钨酸电极的线性范围:1×10~(-3)-1×10~(-6) mol/dm~(-3),斜率:51.5±0.8 mV/dec,检测限:6.79×10~(-7) mol/dm~(-3),pH 范围:3.0-10.0;亚甲基蓝-硅钨酸电极的线性范围:1×10~(-3)-1×10~(-6) mol/dm~(-3),斜率:52.0±0.8 mV/dec,检测限:7.65×10~(-7) mol/dm~(-3),pH 范围:3.0-10.0;亚甲基蓝-四苯硼酸电极的线性范围:1×10~(-2)-1×10~(-6) mol/dm~(-3),斜率:56.5±0.5 mV/dec,检测限7.75×10~(-7) mol/dm~(-3),pH 范围:3.0-10.0。电极具有良好的重现性和稳定性,响应快速。常见的无机离子、某些染料和某些有机碱不干扰测定。用所研制的电极测定亚甲基蓝针剂的含量,取得了与美国典标准方法一至的结果。以氯化三辛基甲基铵作为离子交换剂研制二乙三胺五乙酸PVC膜药物电极,并对电极的性能参数进行研究。电极的线性范围:1×10~(-2)-1×10~(-5) mol/dm~(-3),斜率:53.0±0.6 mV/dec,检测限:5.00×10~(-6) mol/dm~(-3),pH 3.0-7.0。电极具有良好的重现性和稳定性。常见的无机离子和某些有机酸不干扰测定。用所研制的电极直接测定二乙三胺五乙酸,具有简便和快速的优点。概述电位型离子选择性膜电极在药物分析研究中的应用,并讨论其未来的发展方向。
其他摘要Methylene blue poly (vinyl chloride) membrane electrodes based on methylene blue-phosphotungstate, methylene blue-silicontungstate, and methylene blue-tetraphenylborate ion-pair complex as electroactive materials were described respectively. The linear response covered the range 1×10~(-3)-1×10~(-6) mol dm~(-3) methylene blue solution with a slope 51.5±0.8 mV/decade (pH range 3.0-10.0) for methylene blue-phosphotungstate electrode (I), 1×10~(-3)-1×10~(-6) mol dm~(-3) methylene blue solution with a slope 52.0±0.8 mV/decade (pH range 3.0-10.0) for methylene blue-silicotungstate electrode (II), and 1×10~(-2)-1×10~(-6) mol dm~(-3) methylene blue solution with a slope 56.5±0.5 mV/decade (pH range 3.0-10.0) for methylene blue-tetraphenylborate electrode (III). The detection limit was 6.79×10~(-7) mol dm~(-3) for I, 7.65×10~(-7) mol dm~(-3) for II, and 7.75×10~(-7) mol dm~(-3) for III, respectively. The electrodes showed stability, good reproducibility and fast response. Interferences from common inorganic cations, some dyes and organic bases were negligible. These characteristics of the electrodes enabled them to be used successfully for the determination of methylene blue in injection. There was a good agreement for the results of methylene blue content in injection between potentiometric method and the United States Pharmacopoeia standard procedure. The construction and the general performance of a diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid ion-selective poly (vinyl chloride) membrane electrode based on tricaprylylmethylammonium chloride (Aliquat 336S) were described. The electrode exhibited a rapid and near-Nernstian response (53.0±0.8 mV/decade) to diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid concentration ranging from 1×10~(-2)-1×10~(-5) mol dm~(-3) within pH 3-7. The detection limit was 5.00×10~(-6) mol dm~(-3). Interferences from common inorganic cations and some organic acids were negligible. The electrode showed stability and good reproducibility. The electrode was applied for the direct assay of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid by means of the calibration technique. The method had the advantages of simplicity and speed.
