|摘要||鸡油菌属（Cantharellus Adans. ex Fr.）是一类在全球广泛分布且具较高经济价值的大型真菌。本文首先对该属属真菌的分类学、系统学、分子系统学和生态学等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
对采自我国西南地区（云、贵、川地区）且完好保存于中国科学院昆明植物研究所隐花植物标本馆中的该属200余份标本进行了形态分类学的研究。研究发现，鸡油菌属在西南分布有15个种，其中包括7个新种，即长柄鸡油菌C. longipes X. F. Tian, et al.，香格里拉鸡油菌C. Shangrilaensis X. F. Tian, et al.，棕盖鸡油菌C. brunneoceps X. F. Tian, et al.，腥味鸡油菌C. piscis X. F. Tian, et al.，粉红鸡油菌C. russus X. F. Tian, et al.，盈江鳞盖鸡油菌C. squamosus X. F. Tian, et al.，宽褶鸡油菌C. platyphllus X. F. Tian, et al.， 2个新记录种，即：鸡油菌双色变种C. cibarius var. bicolor Maire和弗瑞斯鸡油菌C. friesii Welw. & Curr.。本文对上述种类进行了详细的描述，并在此基础之上提出了西南地区鸡油菌属的分种检索表。
|其他摘要||Cantharellus Adans. ex Fr. :Fr. is a complitan macro-fungal genus with significant economic value. The research history and current progresses on its taxonomy, phylogeny, habit of ecosystem, economic and ecological value, and natural resources are briefly reviewed.
Over 200 well-preserved and documented specimens, which were mainly collected from Southwestern China (Yunnan, Southern Sichuan Prov. and Western Guizhou Prov. ) were taxonomically studied based on their morphological and anatomical characters. As the result, 15 species were recognized from SW China, among of them 7 are new species, i.e., C. longipes X. F. Tian, et al., C. Shangrilaensis X. F. Tian, et al., C. brunneoceps X. F. Tian, et al., C. piscis X. F. Tian, et al., C. russus X. F. Tian, et al., C. squamosus X. F. Tian, et al., C. platyphllus X. F. Tian, et al., and 2 new records to China which are C. cibarius var. bicolor Maire and C. friesii Welw. & Curr. All species above-mentioned were described in details.Keys to the Cantharellus were given.
In virtue of Most Parsimony analysis, Bayesian analysis, the partition test and HKT85 distance analysis, data sets of atp6, ITS2 and mtSSU were used for the phylogenetic analysis. The trees matched well with most of the prior morphological results. Some geographical distribution patterns of some species were also exposed, as well as different evolutionary rates and directions among the three genes. Based on the results of taxonomy and phylogency, two viewpoints, these were Southwestern China area is one of the Cantharellus Genetic-differentiation centers in the world and Cantharellus is a young group in tachytelic evolution, were put forward.
The correlation analysis has shown that the length and width of the spores were useful in taxonomy between nsibling species.|
