Abstract大戟科植物小桐子(Jatropha curcas L.)在云南省主产于海拔1600米以下、年均温16℃以上的地区,温度是影响其地理分布的主要限制因子,年降水量对其分布没有显著影响。花期和果期随海拔和温度的变化差别迥异,在全省范围内则呈现连续分布。小桐子单个果实平均有2.47粒种子。种子长×宽为1.694cm2,长宽比为1.524。千粒重为567.9克,出仁率为56.671%,出油率为61.781%,含油率为35.133%。居群内和居群间的种子大小、形状、千粒重、出仁率、出油率、含油率都有极显著的差异。新鲜种子立即用于萌发,萌发率为97%±2%,室温保存8个月,萌发率仍可达到84.71%。小桐子分布区的海拔高度和年均温有强负相关性。年均温和年降水量与种子大小、千粒重、含油率之间没有相关性。云南省最适合种植小桐子的地区为楚雄、玉溪、红河、大理、丽江等地的干热河谷,其次是临沧、普洱、保山、怒江、西双版纳等地的河谷高温林缘地带,居群LJ1、HH7、LJ3和YX2最有开发利用价值。小桐子在自然条件下竞争力差,不具扩张性,是一种比较安全的能源植物。筛选出5对AFLP引物,为后续研究做准备。
Other AbstractWithin Yunnan Province, Jatropha curcas L. (Euphorbiaceae) is mainly distributed in dry-hot valleys with an altitude below 1600m and a mean annual temperature over 16℃, and temperature is the main limitation factor of its geographical distribution. There are 2.47 seeds in each fruit averagely. The average length×width, length-width ratio, 1000-seed weight, kernel percentage, kernel oil percentage and seed oil percentage are 1.694cm2, 1.524, 567.9g, 56.671%, 61.781% and 35.133%, respectively. There are very significant differences in size and shape of seeds, 1000-seed weight, kernel percentage, kernel oil percentage and seed oil percentage among populations and individuals from the same population. The germination ratio of fresh seeds is up to 97%, and it becomes 84.71% after seeds stored at room temperature for 8 months. There is a remarkable negative correlation between altitude and mean annual temperature of the distribution areas. The annual rainfall of the distribution areas is below 1000 mm or over 2400 mm. Neither of seed size, 1000-seed weight and seed oil percentage has a correlation with mean annual temperature or annual rainfall. The dry-hot valley in Chuxiong, Yuxi, Honghe, Dali and Lijiang prefectures is the best area for J. curcas plantation, and next is the hot valley in Lincang, Puer, Baoshan, Nujiang and Xishuangbanna prefectures. Populations LJ1, HH7, LJ3, and YX2 are evaluated as the most potential populations for future development. Five pairs of primers have been selected for further genetic diversity study.
