摘要 | Michael reaction acceptors are the functional groups in which the olefins or acetylenes conjugated to electron-withdrawing groups. The compounds with Michael acceptors, taking Michael reaction with nucleophile, are called as Michael reaction acceptor molecules. Michael reaction acceptor molecules are considered as a class of biologically active molecules which directly or indirectly involved in the life processes. They are also regulators in many signaling pathways in cells. They play an important role in chemical biology studies. This review covers the progress of Michael reaction acceptor molecules in chemical biology. |
