Abstract一种促进杏黄兜兰无菌苗生长及增殖的方法,通过调节不同阶段培养基中的氮源类型和浓度来促进杏黄兜兰无菌苗增殖、生长及生根:在KNO3∶NH4NO3的比例为1∶1,总浓度为60mML-1的1/2MS培养基中利于杏黄兜兰无菌苗增殖,而以KNO3为氮源,浓度为40mML-1的1/2MS培养基利于其长出较多叶片数和较大叶面积,而浓度为0或10mML-1的KNO3为氮源的1/2MS培养基利于生根。本发明方法简单,可操作性强,可做为促进杏黄兜兰无菌苗增殖和生长的人工繁殖技术。
