| 摘要 | A new C-21 cyclopentenone derivative, Cipacyclonone (1), was isolated from the leaves of Cipadessa cinerascens. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including extensive ID- and 2D-NMR techniques. Compound 1 showed strong cytotoxicity activity against HL-60 and A-549 cell lines, with IC50 values of 1.2 and 3.0 mu M, respectively. |
