题名: 三种药用植物的化学成分研究

中文摘要: 本论文对3种药用植物:虎皮楠科 (Daphniphyllaceae) 虎皮楠属(Daphniphyllum) 交让木 (D. macropodum miq.)、 大戟科 (Euphorbiaceae) 麻风树属 (Jatropha L.) 麻风树 (J. curcas L. )、菊科 (Compositae) 蒿属 (Artemisia)植物艾蒿 (A. vulgar L.) 中的化学成分进行了系统研究。应用多种分离材料和分离技术,结合现代波谱技术,从以上三种植物中共分离鉴定了35个化合物,其中新化合物3个,新天然产物2个。化合物结构类型涉及二萜生物碱、倍半萜、二萜、三萜、黄酮、甾体、木脂素等。 第一章为虎皮楠科 (Daphniphyllaceae) 虎皮楠属 (Daphniphyllum) 交让木 (D. macropodum miq.) 树叶 (采自庐山植物园) 的化学成分研究。从其树叶的乙醇提取物中共分离了12个化合物,其中二萜生物碱7个,非生物碱 5个,鉴定了其中8个化合物,6个是首次从该种植物中分离得到。 第二章为大戟科 (Euphorbiaceae) 麻风树属 (Jatropha L.) 麻风树 (J. curcas L.) 枝叶 (采自云南省西双版纳州) 的化学成分研究,从其枝叶的乙醇提取物中共分离了23个化合物,鉴定了其中的20个化合物,其中包括8个三环二萜化合物,其中新化合物2个,16个是首次从该种植物中分离得到。 第三章为菊科 (Compositae) 艾蒿 (Artemisia vulgar L.) 全草 (采自河南漯河地区) 的化学成分的研究,从其全草的乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位中共分离得到了10个化合物,鉴定了其中7个化合物,其中新化合物1个。 第四章综述了大戟科 (Euphorbiaceae) 麻风树属(Jatropha L.)植物的化学成分及生物活性的研究概况,总结了该属植物的研究成果,包括从该属植物中分离得到的120个化合物以及部分生物活性研究。
英文摘要: This thesis elaborated the studies on the chemical constituents of three medicinal plants: Daphniphyllum macropodum miq (collected in Lushan botanic gardon), Jatropha curcas L.(collected in xishuangbanna of Yunnan province) and Artemisia vulgar L.(collected in Luohe of Henan province). From the above three plants, a total of 35 compounds,including 3 new ones and 2 new natural products were isolated by a variety of chromatographies over various materials. Their structures were elucidated mainly on the basis of extensive spectroscopic studies. Chapter 1 Studies on Chemical Constituents of Daphniphyllum Macropodum miq. 12 compounds were isolated from the air-dried leaves of Daphniphyllum Macropodum miq.(collected in Lusha Botanic Gardon of Jiangxi province) , Among them, 7 were diterpenoids alkoloids, 3 of which had been determined to be Bullatine B, Isotalatizidine and Karacoline. Chapter 2 Studies on Chemical Constituents of Jatropha curcas L. 23 compounds were isolated from branches of Jatropha curcas L.(collected in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province), 20 of which had been elucidated, among them, 2 were new, 2 were obtained as natural products the first time and 12 known ones were isolated from this plant at the first time. Chapter 3 Studies on Chemical Constituents of Artemisia vulgar L. 10 compounds were obtained from the Bu-OH extract of air-dried leaves of Artemisia vulgar L.(collected in Luohe of Henan province ), 7 of which had been elucidated, including 1new ones, 6 compounds were isolated from this plant at the first time. Chapter 4 Chemical constituents and bioactivities of Jatropha curcas L. The review summarized the studies of chemical constituents and bioactivities of Jatropha L. (Euphorbiaceae). A total of 120 compounds had been isolated, which covered terpenoids, alkaloids, steroids, cyclic peptides, flavonoids and other constituents. Some compounds and extract showed good bioactivities such as anti-tumour, anti-HIV and insecticidal activities.
