Abstract本论文对两种天然药用植物:大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)大戟属(Euphorbia L)续随子(Euphorbia lathyris L)、金粟兰科(Chloranthaceae)金粟兰属(Chloranthus)多穗金粟兰(Chloranthus multistachys)中的化学成分进行了系统的研究。应用多种分离材料和分离技术,结合现代波谱技术,从以上两种植物中共分离鉴定了36个化合物,其中新化合物2个。化合物类型涉及二萜、倍半萜、酚性类化合物及甾体等类型。 关键词: 化学成分, 续随子, 多穗金粟兰, 大环二萜,倍半萜 第一章为续随子种子(Euphorbia lathyris L)的化学成分,从其种子的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了16个化合物,其中化合物1为新结构类型的大环二萜,化合物2为新的大环二萜,化合物3为一新天然产物。 第二章为多穗金粟兰(Chloranthus multistachys)的化学成分研究。从其地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了20个化合物。 第三章综述了金粟兰科(Chloranthaceae)植物的研究概况,总结了对该科植物研究的成果,包括了其化学成分及其相关生物活性等的研究进展。
Other AbstractThis thesis elaborated the studies on the chemical constituents of two plants, Euphorbia lathyris L and Chloranthus multistachys. From above two plants, 36 compounds including three new ones were isolated by variety of chromatographies over various materials. These compounds covered macrocyclic diterpenes, sesquiterpenes, phenolic compounds and steroids. Their structures were elucidated major on the basis of spectroscopic studies. Key Words: chemical constituents, Euphorbia lathyris L, Chloranthus multistachys, macrocyclic diterpenes, sesquiterpenes. Chapter 1. Study on chemical consituents of Euphorbia lathyris L Sixteen compounds were isolated from the air-dried seeds of Euphorbia lathyris L. Among them, compound 1 had a new skeletal structure, and compound 2 was a new macrocyclic diterpenes. compound 3 was isolated as natural product for the first time. 1. Lathyranone A (1), 2. Euphorbia factor L14 (2), 3. 17-Acetyl-Euphorbia factor L10 (3), 4. Euphorbia factor L1 (4), 5. Euphorbia factor L2 (5), 6. Euphorbia factor L11 (6), 7. Euphorbia factor L3 (7), 8. 7-Hydroxy-courmarin. (8), 9. 4-hydroxyacetophenone(9), 10. 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (10), 11. 2,4-Dihydroxyacetophenone (11), 12. 2,5-Dihydroxyacetophenone (12), 13. 3, 4-Dihydroxyacetophenone (13), 14. β-sitosterol (14), 15. Glycerol (15), 16. dancosterol (16). Chapter 2. Study on chemical consituents of Chloranthus multistachys Twenty compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Chloranthus multistachys. Including nine sesquiterpenes, seven phenolic compounds, and one diterpene. 1. Shizukaols C (1), 2. Shizukaols F (2), 3. Shizukaols B (3), 4. Shizukaol G (4), 5. Shizukaols D (5), 6. 4S, 5R, 9S, 10(R), -8(17), 12, 14-Labdantrien-18-ol (6), 7. Glechomanolid (7), 8. 7α-hydroxyneoacolamone (8), 9. Furanodienone (9), 10. Shuizukanolide C (10), 11. L-menthol (11), 12. Bornyl p-coumarate (12), 13. Biondinin D (13), 14. 3-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl-penal (14), 15. 2-Methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxybenzaldebyde (15), 16. E-3-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-1-(2,4-bismethoxy-6-hydroxyphyl)propenone (16), 17. 3, 5-Dimethoxybenzyl Alcohol (17), 18. Diethylhexy phthalate (18), 19. (E)-Carpacin (19), 20. Luteolin (20). Chapter 3. chemical constituents and bioactivities of Chloranthaceae Compounds isolated from the family Chloranthaceae and main physiological functions of natural products from Chloranthaceae are reviewed.
