|其他摘要||This dissertation elaborated the studies on chemical constituents of two plants, Asclepias curassavica L. and Paravallaris macrophylla Pierre, and bioassay on some compounds isolated. By various materials, thirty-six compounds, inclouding nine new ones isolated, which covered cardenolide glycoside, oxypregnane glycosides , lignans, steroidal alkaloids and triterpenoid.
Asclepias curassavica L. belongs to the family of Ascepiadaceae, which distributes in the south of China. Its rhizome has used as a treatment for ulcer, tumers, piles in traditional medcial practice. Some chemical studies have been conducted before. In order to further search bioactive compounds, we investigated chemical constituents of Asclepias curassavica L. As a result, two new cardennolide (5, 13) and seven new oxypregnane glycosides (16-22) were obtained along with eleven known cardenolides (1-4, 6-12), two known oxypregnane (11, 12) and two known lignans (23, 24) from the aerial parts of Asclepias curassavica L. The cytotoxic activity of compound 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 were tested against three cancer cell lines and compound 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 showed pronounced cytotoxic activity.
Paravallaris macrophyll Pierre has been used for the treatment of fracture, theumatism and arthralgia in traditional medcial practice. Some chemical studies have been conducted in seventy’s. The previous reports indicated the Paravallaris macrophyll rich in steroidal alkaloids. And resent research shown that these steroidal alkaloids have antiacetylcholinesterase, antibacterial, antiulcer, and antitumor activities. These bioactivities attracted us to investigate the chemical constituents of Paravallaris macrophyll. From the alcohol extract, 12 compounds were isolated.
Finally, doubly linked cardenolide glycosides were summarized.|
