| 摘要 | Two new cytochalsians, multirostratin A (1) and 20-oxo-deoxaphomin (2), together with five known analogues (3-7), were obtained from the endophytic fungus Phoma multirostrata EA-12. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by MS and 1D-and 2D-NMR spectroscopic data analyses, as well as by comparison of data with those of analogues reported in the literature. Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate cytotoxicity against five tumor cell lines (HL-60, A-549, SMMC-7721, MCF-7 and SW-480). |
