Abstract提供菌种制备所需菌剂(在本发明中称之为菌种“激化液”)的配方与制作方法。配方中原料多为常见、价廉的成分,配制方法操作简易,容易推广应用。利于孢子萌发、菌丝分裂与分化发育,实现了菌根性食用菌的在成熟自然林地的人工栽培。通过人工干预补充和诱导增加地下菌丝量来实现地上部分增产。可与荒山植树造林及植被的恢复与重建相结合,对于开发利用山地林区非木材林产品具有巨大的林地经济潜力和广阔的应用前景。同时为生物学(微生物学、菌物学)与农学与林学(栽培学和林业)技术的交叉,汲取了多学科知识,具有实用简便的优势。
