资助项目:The thesis includes three chapters, which introduce chemical constituents of three plants, Dysoxylum laxiracemosum, Dysoxylum hainanense and Allophylus longipes. Eighty compounds, 14 of which are new, were isolated from above plants. New compounds include 8 new N-containing tirucallanes, 1 new tirucallane,4 nordammaranes and 1 ent-pimarane. Chapter 1. Studies on Chemical Constituents of Dysoxylum laxiracemosum, Plants of the Meliaceae family are rich sources of structurally diverse and biologically significant limonoids. The chemical constituents of Dysoxylum laxiracemosum of Meliaceae have not been investigated up to date. In the present study on the chemical constituents of this species, 8 new N-containing tirucallanes and 1 new tirucallane, together with 18 known compounds were obtained by chromatographic methods. Those structures were determined by spectral methods.Chapter 2. Studies on Chemical Constituents from Dysoxylum hainanense, Different types of limonoids, tirucallanes, apo-tirucallols, dammaranes, and ent-pimaranes were isolated from Dysoxylum hainanense collected from Yunnan province in our previous studies. However, two novel rearranged oleanane-type triterpenes and six ring A modified novel triterpenoids were reported from D. hainanense collected from Hainan province recently, which prompt us to re-investigate chemical constitutents of Dysoxylum hainanense in Yunnan. As a result, neither rearranged oleananes nor ring A modified triterpenoids were found in this experiment, but 5 new compounds, including 4 nordammaranes and 1 ent-pimarane, along with 21 known compounds, were obtained by chromatographic methods. Those structures were determined by spectral methods.Chapter 3. Studies on Chemical Constituents from Allophylus longipes, The genus Allophylus comprises about 255 species, 6 of which are distributed in China. 3 species of this genus have been found in Yunnan province. Allophylus longipes has been historically used as a folk remedy in ‘Dai’ ethnopharmacy for treatments of cold and inflammation in Yunnan province, China. But the chemical constituents of Allophylus longipes have not been investigated up to now. In the present study on the chemical constituents of this species, 27 compounds were isolated and identified by chromatographic methods. Those structures were determined by spectral methods.
