荛花香茶菜及德钦大叶香茶菜化学成分的研究

Abstract某些唇形科(Labiatae)香茶菜属 (Isodon) 植物在中国及日本民间用做苦味胃药、杀虫剂、杀菌剂、消炎剂、退热剂及消毒剂等。本实验组在过去近二十年的研究工作中,对香茶菜属植物的生理活性成分做了系统研究,得到大量活性二萜成分。作为其中一部分,本学位论文对滇产荛花香茶菜和德钦大叶香茶菜的化学成分进行了研究。从荛花香茶菜(Isodon wikstroemioides)中分离鉴定了九个二萜成分,其中四个为新化合物,分别命名为 wikstroemioidin A, B, C, D。另外五个为己知成分,分别为 isodonal, adenloin B, effusanin A, E 及 longikaurin D。其中 wikstroemioidin C 和 D 是首次从植物中分离得到的具有 7α,20 环氧,7-半缩醛骨架同时又具有 12 位羟基取代的对映-贝壳杉烯型(ent-kaurene)二萜化合物,另外,还从该植物是得到一己知黄酮成分,5,3'、4'、-三羟基6,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮。从德钦大叶香茶菜(Isodon grandifolia var. atuntzensis)中分离鉴定了三个二萜及一中半萜成分。不同于香茶菜属其它植物富含对映-贝壳杉烯型二萜,从该植物中分离得到的三个二萜均为松香烷型( abietane)二萜内酯化合物,其中二个为新化合物,命名为 atuntzensin A 和 B,另一个己知二萜为 carnosol。三个二萜均系首次从香茶菜属植物中分离得到。倍半萜成分为一新桉烷型(eudesmane)倍半萜,命名为 isodonsesquitin A。该倍半萜是从香茶菜属植物中得到的第一个倍半萜成分。最后,本文作者对天然产物中活性二萜成分的研究进展作了概要总结。
Other AbstractThis thesis is composed of three parts: 1. The diterpenoids from Isodon wikstroemioides Four new diterpenoids, wikstroemioides A-D, together with eight known compounds, isodonal, longikaurin D, adenolin B, effusanin A and E, 5, 3', 4'-trihydroxy-6, 7, 8-trimethoxy flavone, ursolic acid and β-sitosterol were isolated from the leaves of this plant. The structures of the new compounds have been determined by detail spectroscopic analysis and some chemical evidences. 2. The chemical studies on Isodon grandifolia var, atuntzensis The new compounds, atuntzensin A and B, isodonsesquitin A, together with four known compounds, carnosol, 4', 7-Dimethylapigenin, ursolic acid and β-sitosterol were obtained from dried leaves of this plant. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of detail spectroscopic analysis and X-ray crystallographic studies. 3. Advances in the research natural biological activity diterpenoids. The structures and biological activities of acyclic, bicyclic tricyclic, tetracyclic, macrocyclic diterpenoids and other diterpenoids were discussed in turn.
