摘要	核磁共振（NMR）、质谱（MS）、基因挖掘（Gene mining）等技术的进步推动了天然产物研究模式的转变。其中，液相色谱-质谱联用（LC-MS）及质谱数据分析方法的快速发展促进了天然产物研究从“随机分离”向“靶向分离”转变。本论文通过集成质谱相似性分子网络对该模式进行了尝试和探索。论文由三章组成：第一章为引言，简要介绍了质谱及其联用技术在天然产物研究中的应用以及质谱相似性分子网络（Molecular networking）的发展历史和现状；第二章构建了集成质谱相似性网络分析策略（IMSSN），并将其应用于两种桃金娘科药用植物桃金娘（Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Ait.) Hassk.）和香桃木（Myrtus communis L.）抗菌成分的预测与挖掘；第三章对这两种药用植物的化学成分进行定向分离和结构鉴定，并对所得化合物的抗菌活性进行了验证。; The advances in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (MS), gene mining, and other technologies have driven a paradigm shift in natural product research. Among them, the rapid development of LC-MS and data analysis methods has promoted the mode shift of natural product research from “Grind and find” to “Art of NPs isolation”. This dissertation is an attempt and exploration of this mode by integrating mass spectral similarity molecular networks. The dissertation consists of three chapters. Chapter 1 introduced the application of mass spectrometry and its hyphenated technique in natural products research, as well as the development history and current situation of the molecular networking briefly. Chapter 2 developed an analytical strategy named integrated mass spectral similarity networking (IMSSN), and applied it to the antibacterial compounds discovering from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Ait.) Hassk. and Myrtus communis L.. Chapter 3 described the isolation and structural elucidation of the compounds which were predicted as potential antibacterial components, and then the anti-Cutibacterium acnes activities of the isolates were tested by broth microdilution method.
