天门冬科假叶树亚科叶绿体系统发育基因组学研究; Plastid phylogenomics of Nolinoideae (Asparagaceae)

摘要Nolinoideae, a subfamily of Asparagaceae, has multiple economical uses, especially as pharmaceutical and ornamental. About 80% of the genera within Nolinoideae distributed in China, which have been recorded as source of Chinese medicine. However, in some Chinese herb medicine markets, species of Nolinoideae are often wrongly labeled or mixed up with other herbs. In consideration of the achievements obtained in species delimitation and phylogenetic analyses, 54 plastomes of Asparagaceae (37 plastomes of Nolinoideae) were sequenced and annotated in this study. Based on 69 protein coding genes and 54 plastomes, the phylogeneny of Asparagaceae and Nolinoideae were constructed respectively. In result, the phylogenetic relationship within Asparagaceae and some long-standing disputes in Nolinoideae were well resolved. Furthermore, the highly variable regions of Nolinoideae plastomes were evaluated in order to lay a foundation for the selection of barcodes that could be useful for species identification.
