摘要This thesis consists of 5 chapters. Chapter 1 describes the research on the natural prodcuts in glandular trichomes (GTs) and fresh leaves of traditional medicinal plant Ajuga forrestii (Lamiaceae) and their biological activities. Chapter 2 illustrates the natural products in GTs and fresh leaves of Callicarpa rubella f. angustata (Lamiaceae) and their biological activities. In Chapter 3, the chemical constituents of the medicinal plant Teucrium viscidum (Lamiaceae) and their biological activity are described. Chapter 4 illustrates the natural products and their biological activities of Puer black honey collected from Ailao Mountain in Yunnan. Chapter 5 summarizes the research progress on the natural products, biological activities and biosynthesis in the glandular trichomes of the Lamiaceae plants. In this thesis, a variety of chromatographic separation techniques were combined with spectroscopy methods, which lead to the isolation and identification of 107 compounds from A. forrestii, C. rubella f. angustata, T. viscidum and Puer black honey, 100 compounds were identified without repeated separation. The structure types involve monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids, and diterpenoids, triterpenoids, steroids, coumarins, flavonoids, anthraquinones, indole, lignans, and benzene ring derivatives, among which nine are new compounds, including four neo-clerodane diterpenpoids, two abietane diterpenoids, two nortriterpenoids, and one triterpenoid. The natural products and bioligcal functions of the glandular trichomes of A. forrestii and C. rubella f. angustata were disclosed for the first time. Six neo-clerodane diterpneoids were localized to the peltate GTs of A. forrestii and the major compound ajugacumbin B showed obvious antifeedant activity against cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera). Two flavonoids with significant immunosuppressant activity were localized to the pelate GTs of C. rubella f. angustata. The major pigment proline-quinone conjugate (DPBQ) responsible for the dark brown nectar of Leucosceptrum canum (Lamiaceae) was detected in Puer black honey. The compound showed obvious tyrosine kinase inhibitory, NO inhibitory and antioxidant activities as well as obvious cytotoxic activity against three tested tumor cell lines. Chapter 1 Natural products in the peltate glandular trichomes and fresh leaves of A. forrestii and their biological activities The leaves of most Lamiaceae plants are covered with glandular trichomes, which can synthesize and store natural products with diverse structures and extensive activities. A. forrestii, a traditional medicinal plant, is a perennial herb mainly distributing in western Sichuan, central and northwestern Yunnan, and southeastern Tibet. The whole herb of this plant can be used to treat dysentery, nephritis, sore throat, lung heat, cough, bruises. Abundant glandular trichomes were observed on the leaves of A. forrestii.
