三江源区植物多样性信息的整理整合及数据库建设; Consolidation and Database Construction of Plant Diversity in the Three River Source Region of Qinghai Province

摘要The Three-River source Region refers to the origin of the Yangtze River, Yellow River and Lancang River, located in the southern part of Qinghai Province, is an important part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, known as the "Water Tower of China". However, the ecological environment in the Three-River source Region is faced with such problems as soil and water loss, frequent pest and rat disasters, grassland degradation, desertification and the decline of biodiversity. Therefore, it is urgent to protect the unique biodiversity in the Three-River source Region.In order to protect plant diversity in theThree-River source Region, the first problem to be solved is to understand the background data and resource utilization status of plant diversity in the Three-River source Region. However, due to incomplete data information and lack of specific regional scope, the actual needs of biodiversity conservation in the Three river source Region can not be met. This study using big data integration and aggregation technology, on the basis of scientific database principle and standard and reference model of database construction, integration of the Flora of Qinghai relevant annals and the specimen platform for data, combined with the artificial proofreading and the latest science and technology literature, sorting out of specimens and monographs and literature data collection, on the basis of the plant diversity statistics data sets , to build plant diversity of database of the Three river source Region, visualize literature analysis, the results are as follows: 1、 The study obtained related content of 57 monographs , 42543 data from the specimens of all kinds of platforms, as well as plant directory database platform and the latest literature information, etc. A total of nearly 50000 multi-source information data, through the formulation data screening and quality control standard of integration, integrate plant list data 18886, among them,There are 1467 lists of endemic species, 500 lists of rare and endangered plants, 1809 lists of resource plants, 8127 records of plant specimens, 1496 literature records and 153 records of differences.At the same time, the database and information sharing platform have been built. Relying on the scientific data center of Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the social opening and information sharing functions of the plant database in the Three-River source Region have been realized. 2、 The higher plants contains 2739 species (including subspecies and varieties, the same below), belonging to 509 genera of 90 families. Angiosperms account for 97.66% of the total, and herbaceous plants account for 2267 species, accounting for 84.59% of the total.The number of plant species in the Three-river source Region only accounted for 9.36% of the total plant species in China. The families with more than 100 plant species are:Compositae (356 species in 61 genera) accounted for 12.997%, Gramineae (310 species in 55 genera
