摘要 | This dissertation consists of two chapters. Chapter 1 elaborated the investigation on chemical components and their biological activity from the aerial parts of two different seasons, the roots and the peltate glandular trichomes of Eurysolen gracilis Prain. Chapter 2 reviewed the advances of sesterterpenoids containing either a cyclopentane or a cyclobutane ring. By multiple chromatographic techniques, spectroscopic methods, single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, DP4+ chemical analysis, a total of 166 compounds (150 are non-repetitive) including 93 new ones (mainly sesterterpenoids and ent-labdane diterpenoids, 29 new skeleton compounds involving 10 types), which involve monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids, diterpenoids, sesterterpenoids, triterpenoids, steroids, chromenes, flavones, lignans and so on, were isolated from E. gracilis. In addition, using laser microdissection in combination with and ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LMDUPLC/MS/MS), a pair of sesterterpenoids were identified in the peltate glandular trichomes (PGTs) of E. gracilis. |
