摘要	Aconitum tanguticum Maxim. Stapf, belonging to the genus Aconitum of the family Ranunculaceae, has a long history as a traditional Tibetan medicine and it is widely used in some Tibetan medicine preparations. As a class of characteristic phytochemicals in the secondary metabolites of A. tanguticum, C20-diterpene alkaloids feature complex structures and low toxicity. This dissertation described studies on phytochemical components of A. tanguticum and their bioactivities. By a combination of various separation techniques, modern spectroscopy methods, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, quantum chemical calculation and other methods, 35 compounds including 9 new ones were isolated and identified from the whole plants of A. tanguticum collected from Daban Mountain in Qinghai Province. The new compounds included hetisine- and hetidine-types C20-diterpene alkaloids, quinoline alkaloid and glycoside. Among them, tangutiminazole (1) represented a novel C20-diterpene alkaloid with a unique skeleton incorporated an iminazole ring; tangutine (2) was a novel quinoline alkaloid with a unique skeleton incorporated a spiro-cyclohexadienone moiety; tangutidines A (3) and B (4) were two N-atom oxidized C20-diterpene alkaloids; tangutidines C-E (5–8) were four amphoteric C20-diterpene alkaloids with carboxyl groups. The isolated alkaloids were assayed for their CaV3.1, NaV1.5 ion channels activity, inhibitory activity on NO production and cytotoxic activity against five tumor cell lines (HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW-480). The result did not show any significant activities.
