北五味子参芪胶囊组方配伍工艺及多脂大戟化学成分研究; Study on Compatibility and Process of Beiwuweizi Shenqi Capsules and Chemical Constituents of Euphorbia Resinifera

摘要Chapter One Study on Compatibility and Process of Beiwuweizi Shenqi Capsules In this paper, a systematic study on the medicinal materials extraction process, preparation molding process and quality evaluation system of Beiwuweizishenqi capsules have been carried out. The best processes are selected based on the main index such as the content of effective ingredients and yield rate in the extraction. The conditions provide a reference for the development and production of health care products. The results illustrated that the preparation processes are stable, the methods established for quality control are reproducible, and the methods are excellent, which can be used as the quality control standards. In the extraction part of medicinal materials, I adopted orthogonal experiment to design the extraction of Schisandra chinensis in which inspection factors are ethanol volume fraction, extraction hours, extraction times, extraction solvent addition multiples, and evaluation indicators are extraction yield rate, the content of Schisandrin (Schisandrol A), and Polysaccharides content. I optimize the best extraction process of Schisandra chinensis by using the SPSS software for data processing and analysis. The extraction of Astragalus propinquus Schischkin also adopted orthogonal experiment design in which inspection factors are extraction hours, extraction times, and adding multiple of extraction solvent and the evaluation indicators are extraction yield rate, astragaloside IV content, and Polysaccharides content. I optimize the best extraction process of Astragalus propinquus Schischkin by using the SPSS software for data processing and analysis. Single factor test is designed to investigate the best alcohol precipitation process of the extract of Astragalus propinquus Schischkin in which the evaluation indicators are the retention rate of Astragaloside IV and the yield rate of the extract of Astragalus propinquus Schischkin. The best experiment conditions are that the extraction process of Schisandra chinensis are conducted though heating reflux extraction method, 10 times the amount of 50% ethanol, and the extraction is 3 times, each time 1.5h; the best extraction processes of Astragalus propinquus Schischkin are conducted though heating reflux extraction method with 10 times the amount of water, and extracting 3 Times, 1.5h each time. The best alcohol precipitation process is: The extracted concentrated liquid is concentrated to the relative density of 1.15-1.20 in 60°C, and ethanol is added to the concentration 60% to alcohol precipitation. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of water extraction and alcohol precipitation processes of Schisandra chinensis and Astragalus propinquus Schischkin are stable and feasible. It can provide a basis for the Pilot test of the preparation of Beiwuweizi Shenqi Capsules.
