滇东南苦苣苔科物种多样性与地理亲缘关系研究; Study on Species Diversities and Phylofloristic Similarities of Gesneriaceae in Southeastern Yunnan Province, China

摘要The southeast of Yunnan Province (southeast Yunnan) is "one of the most important parts of China's karst region". The region has a variety of karst landforms, such as karst peaks, karst hills, karst basins, and deep karst "V" shaped canyons. There are many isolation habitats formed by the landform that provides a good natural habitat for the differentiation of Gesneriaceae. The area has abundant resources of Gesneriaceae. In recent years, there have been many new species of Gesneriaceae discovered in China. Southeastern Yunnan is one of the important parts of karst landforms in southwestern China, which is one of the world's Gesneriaceae distribution centers. In the past three years, there have been eight new taxonomies discovered in Southeast Yunnan. Through the review of the literature, specimen and its collection records and the investigation records of our research team for many years, the latest plant list was compiled and the catalogue of species diversity of Gesneriaceae in southeastern Yunnan was updated. Based on four DNA barcodings (ITS, trnL-trnF, matK, psbA-trnH), the phylogenetic tree reconstructed by Bayesian derivation method was used to analyze the correlation between phylogenetic diversity (PD) and species diversity, the spatial pattern of species diversity and phylogenetic diversity and the similarity of plant phylogeny. The main conclusions are as following: 1. Up to now, there are 143 species (including subspecies) in 29 genera of Gesneriaceae in southeastern Yunnan, accounting for 18.79% of the total number of species of Gesneriaceae in China (761 species), and accounting for 55.43% of the total number of species of Gesneriaceae in Yunnan (258 species). Among them, endemic species account for 44.76% of the total species in the region. 2. Analysis based on the county level and the geographic division level found that: basically, the phylogenetic diversity is positively correlated with species diversity of Gesneriaceae in southeastern Yunnan, and both of them show a pattern of high in the south and low in the north. 3. In general, the flora of Gesneriaceae in the southwest and east tends to aggregation, while the northwest tends to scatteration. The floristic zoning based on the phylogenetic beta diversity clustering between natural geographic units indicates that the flora of Gesneriaceae in southeastern Yunnan can be divided into three major regions, namely the northwest region, the east region of the Red River and the west region of the Red River. Among them, the area east of the Red River and the area west of the Red River are closely related, which reflects the similarities of flora in Gesneriaceae between each natural geographical unit in this region.
