中文摘要: 本论文分为两个部分共三章。第一部分包括第一、二章,分述了楝科植物云南老虎楝根、山楝种子的化学成分研究。第二部分综述了1998-99年分离得到的柠檬苦素(四降三萜)类化合物的结构与活性研究。老虎楝(Trichiliaconnaroides Wight & Arn.)为楝科(Meliaceae)鹧鸪花属植物。该植物根具清热解毒、祛风湿、利咽喉等功效,治风湿性关节炎、风湿性腰痛、咽喉炎等。植物的三萜和四降三萜成分已有报道,我们对植物根进行了分析,分离出11个已知化合物和2个新化合物,通过MS、~1H NMR、 ~(13)CNMR、2D NMR 等波谱分析,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1),3β-羟基-6,22-二烯-5α,8α-过氧麦角甾醇(2),3β,5α,6α-三羟基-7,22-二烯-麦角甾醇(3),7-酮-β-谷甾醇(4),7α-羟基-β-谷甾醇(5),3β,4α-二羟基-16-酮-5α-孕甾烷(6),蒲公英赛醇(7),3S,23,24R,25-四羟基-7-烯-大戟烷(8),3,4,5-三甲氧基-1-氧-β-D-葡萄糖-苯酚(9),胡萝卜甙(10),Trijugin C(11),MeliatoxinB_1(12),Neochinulin(13),其中化合物6、11为新化合物。山楝(Aphanamixis polystachya J. N.Parker)为楝科山楝属植物。种子富含具有昆虫拒食活性的柠檬苦素类化合物,通过MS、~1H NMR、~(13)CNMR、2D NMR等波谱分析,分别鉴定为:Rohituka-7(1),Tr-B(2),Rohituka-5 (3),Dregeana-1(4),Rohituka-3(5),Rohituka-14(6),Rohituka-15(7),Rohituka-2(8),Rohituka-11(9),其中化合物7为新化合物。第二部分本学会论文综述了1998-1999年分离得到的柠檬苦素类新化合物的结构和生理活性。
英文摘要: Our researches on the chemical constituents of Trichilia connaroides Wight & / (Meliaceae) and Aphanamixis polystachya J. N. Parker (Melictceae) lead to isolation steroids, triterpenes, limonoids, glycosides, and alkaloid. Twenty two compounds had be isolated and identified. Three of them are new ones. The root of Trichilia connaroides is used as a Chinese crude drug to treat arthrit pharyngitis, tonsillitis and other ailments. Thirteen Compounds were isolated from the roc of Trichilia connaroides. On the basis of spectral analysis, their structures were elucidated be P-sitosterol) (1), 3p-hydroxy-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene (2), 3p,5oc,6i trihydroxy-ergosta-7,22-diene (3), 7-one-p-sitosterol (4), 7a-hydroxy-P-sitosterol (5), 3 4a-dihydroxy-5a-pregnane-16-one (6), Taraxerol (7), 3S,238,24R,25-tetrahydroxytiruca] 7-ene (8), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-l-O-p-D-glucose (9), Daucosterol (10), Trijugin C (11), Meliatoxin B[ (12), Neochinulin (13), respectively. Compound 6 and 11 are new. The seed of Aphanamixis polystachya is a rich source of limonoids which showe antifeedant biological activities. Nine limonoids were isolated from the seeds of Aphanamixi polystachya By the means of spectral analysis, theire structures were identified a Rohituka-7 (1), Tr-B (2), Rohituka-5 (3), Dregeana-1 (4), Rohituka-3 (5), Rohituka 14 (6), Rohituka-15 (7), Rohituka-2 (8), Rohituka-11 (9), respectively <, Compound 7 is new Finally, the structures and tlieire biological activities of novel limonoids isolated from 199? to 1999 were reviewed in this paper.
