Abstract本发明公开一种松茸〔Tricholoma matsutake(ItoetImai)Sing.〕的保鲜方法。该保鲜方法包括如下步骤:首先将松茸于冷库2-8℃中预冷,置于气调保鲜箱后密封,再置于2-6℃冷库中冷藏;其中,所述气调保鲜箱中,氮气的浓度为80-96%,氧气浓度为2-10%,二氧化碳浓度为2-10%。用本发明保鲜方法处理后的松茸比未经保鲜处理、夏季2-4℃下存放松茸的贮藏期延长15-20天,比未经保鲜处理、10-16℃低温存放的松茸的贮藏期延长20-25天;而且本发明所使用的保鲜方法无毒、无味、无污染、高效、绿色环保的保鲜方法,有效解决了松茸产业链延伸中一直未解决的保鲜问题,具有广阔的应用前景。
