正丁醇和N-酰基乙醇在增强脱水敏感型种子脱水耐受力中的应用

Abstract正丁醇和N-酰基乙醇胺(N-acylethanolamines,NAE)在提高脱水敏感型种子(即顽拗型种子和中间型种子)脱水耐受性和储藏方面的应用,以及正丁醇和NAE通过抑制磷脂酶D(phospholipase D,PLD)的活性减少磷脂酸(phosphatidic acid,PA)的产生来提高种子耐脱水性和储藏方面的应用。由于脱水敏感型种子中磷脂酸显著上升,种子脱水过程中所产生的PA通过PLD水解途径产生,故在脱水敏感型种子中分别外源施加PLD的抑制剂正丁醇和NAE后,可以显著提高脱水敏感型种子的脱水耐受性。本发明通过外源施加正丁醇或NAE以调控PLD产生PA的代谢途径,从而改变种子的脱水耐受性,在种质资源保存中具有很好的应用前景。
