| Abstract | 本论文由四章组成。第一章通过计算69 个化合物研究了量子化学在计算天然小分子结构鉴定中的应用。第二章论述了紫葳科角蒿属植物藏波罗花(Incarvillea younghusbandii Sprague) 的化学成分研究，从该植物中分离鉴定了化合物28 个，其中新化合物2 个。第三章对近年来用量子化学通过计算化合物旋光来确定化合物绝对构型的研究做了详细的文献综述。第四章对角蒿属植物的化学成分和生物活性研究概况做了较为详细的文献综述. |
